Graduation

These are pictures of the graduation events! Top left is at Jenna's graduation party. The other pictures are at graduation night. The money tree is an Adam's tradition. When someone graduates, they hold a party. Everybody puts one dollar bills on the money tree. Then the people who are graduating get to divide the money. This year Jenna was the only one graduating.!!The pictures in Sunday dress are at her seminary graduation
The last picture (in the purple dress) was the night she went to prom. It was a fun time. Now she is on to NEW ADVENTURES

LDS Prom 2009

Here I am trying to Blog again! I couldn't even get onto the site without help!! ( I know I am helpless) Oh well. I hope people will love me anyways :)

LDS Prom was held April 25th, 2009 at a chapel in Highland, California. They really had it decorated nicely. Steve and I went as chaperones (Yes that's part of my calling)

Jenna and Nyles had a fun evening. They went with another couple ( Kim Sanders and Martin

Scully. Martin is a foreign exchange student from Argentina, staying with Nyles' family. )

The theme was "Big City Lights" They decorated it around the New York Theme. They served a chicken dinner, had a magic show for entertainment, and took pictures.

Fun Times

This is my third attempt to try again. I think my first entry was beginners luck!! These pictures were taken after Christmas. Lorene and Eric came to California for a visit. Jenna had this brilliant idea to set Kendra up with a guy (Spencer Ellsworth ) in our ward. (He's a very nice guy and we have known him for a long long time. His mom used to watch Jenna when she was younger) Anyways, after trying to convince Kendra to do it, they came out. There were three couples. Jenna went with Nyles O'Harra here were (although he had to miss the first part because he was at wresting practice. Kara was Jenna's partner for the activity at our house) They had an ice-cream sculpturing contest. Each couple was given a half of gallon of vanilla ice-cream at lots of candy. They were to carve something out of the ice-cream. Prizes were given at the end of the activity.

When they finished the sculpturing, they met Nyles and were supposed to go ice-skating but the rink was too crowded . They ended up playing hide-in -seek at a Super Wal-Mart in Beaumont. Everybody said they had fun. I didn't have any pictures of the the hide-in-seek game!
